Best placed hotel in Sevilla just at one minute walking distance from the Cathedral;The Petit Palace Marqués Santa Ana is in Jimios Street, near Sevilla's monumental area, in the heart of the city centre from which all the main tourist attractions and the historical zone are within walking distance.
The Hotel occupies an emblematic building dating from the middle of the XIX century, which has been completely renovated in March 2005, making it one of the best hotels in the city. The hotel offers, among other services, parking service, business centre in the hall and a broad-band internet connection throughout the hotel.

Area information

Thanks to our perfect location in the heart of the city, our clients can forget about the car and walk everywhere.
The monumental area (Cathedral, Giralda, Alcázar, bullring etc) is at a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Also the main shopping streets of the city (Sierpes, Tetuan, Cuna...etc) are nearby.
The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, but it doesn’t matter, since the area is full of restaurants and tapas bars.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Seville. As a family, we enjoy sharing a room with the kids - room good size for this.

The room decoration was poor and the place needs painting and refitting - it is not a 4 star hotel - everything seems worn especially furniture and soft furnishings in room.

Excellent location to explore Sevilla with friendly staff.

It was a nightmare to find by car because of the one way system in the center of the city.

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to cathedral and other sites of interest. The staff spoke very good English and were friendly.

The location, we like the rooms, the bathroom, the building itself

It is slowly deteriorating. Several fixtures don't work or look shabby (fancy reading lights, can`t open window, reception sofas' stuffing coming out, etc.)

Free internet access, good location

We had a very small and dark room with almost no natural sun. We could see what other guests were doing in rooms opposite our minimalistic window. We could hear all the noises from other rooms including toilet flashing. Cleaners were entering the room although we have left ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door. Hotel staff was not helpful or accommodative.

Excellent location close to Seville city centre.

Breakfast coffee was only Nescafe - I would have expected better from this class of hotel.
